Solar & Battery Installers
Deploy advanced solar and battery systems across South East Queensland. Clean technical work with no sales involvement — just quality installations at scale.
The work
- Install solar arrays and high-capacity battery systems
- Commission VPP-integrated energy systems
- Ensure compliance with AS4777 and AS5033 standards
- Progress through Pi's internal certification program (Levels 1–3)
Requirements
- SAA accreditation (solar & battery)
- Clean Energy Council Design & Install certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years installation experience
- Own tools and reliable transport
Site Inspectors
Consistent field work conducting comprehensive pre-installation assessments — focused on safety, compliance and performance optimisation.
The work
- Check existing electrical infrastructure suitability
- Assess installation location compliance
- Calculate system performance capabilities
- Prepare detailed inspection reports
Requirements
- Strong grasp of safety, compliance and performance for energy assets
- Systematic inspection methodology
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Understanding of AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) beneficial
Service Electricians
Comprehensive electrical services supporting Pi's energy asset deployments. Clean technical work with job certainty and clear scope.

- Meter board upgrades and relocations
- Backup circuit installations
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
- Licensed electrician (A-grade preferred)
- Current electrical contractor license and insurance
- Experience with renewable energy systems beneficial
- Availability for scheduled service and emergency callouts
VPP Operations Specialist

- Monitor and optimise VPP performance across Pi's asset fleet
- Coordinate wholesale market participation and arbitrage
